Text Messaging Terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms cover the MOAI Office text messaging program run by MOAI Enterprises ("MOAI", "we"). MOAI Office is a lead-capture tool for small service businesses. Staff of a client business text job notes, photos of handwritten notes, or voice memos to a program number, and the tool replies to the sender with what was filed and what is still missing.
Who the program is for
The program is for staff of a business that has engaged MOAI. Your business owner enrolls you by adding your mobile number to MOAI Office and gives you the program number to save as a work contact. The program never texts your business's customers or members of the public.
How you opt in
You opt in by sending the first text message to the program number yourself. Nothing is sent to a number that has not texted the program first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
What you will receive
Replies to the messages you send, confirming what was recorded and asking for any missing details, and at most one evening summary per day of your own items that still need information. Message frequency varies with how often you text the program. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to the program number at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and nothing further. To start again, text the program number and ask your business owner to re-enroll you.
Help
Reply HELP to the program number for assistance, or email myles@moaienterprises.com.
Carriers
The program works on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your number and the content you send is described in our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are also sent to the clients whose tools are affected.
